Why outright call someone a fraud and say it as a fact when it hasn't been proven?
I'd rather keep my mouth shut, and wait for the court to make a decision rather then jumping to conclusions and calling a possibly innocent man trying his best to help shareholders, a fraud.
I didn't see you applying all this fairness when the message wasn't to your liking. You could at least be consistent in your willingness to judge without the facts before you.
Of course, reserving judgment now will be pointless.. the die is cast..
