A lot here do not understand that the assets belong to LCY Bio

so if they R/M with BIOAMBER, the assets are still with us... except we don't own it nor get anything from it.

We will get valuation once the plant starts up and the deal is final and shows the reverse merger... That is the bottom line.

They are not doing a RM with Bioamber. They have no reason to do so. They own the factory now free and clear. Shareholders of Bioamber have no ownership of anything to do with the company that bought the factory and other assets.

If you're right, then LYC Bioscience gets everything "bioamber" including its debts, secured or non-secured, which partially explains the Mitsui entry into consideration. There had to be a "compensation" clause in their opt out, designed to facilitate the operation and/or survival of all things bioamber ... among other emerging details since the Eno's stock purchase and the Board's resignation. BIOA stock becomes whatever symbol FINRA agrees to when the sale is absolutely completed and all outstanding issues resolved.

This was evident several months ago but people were focused on a payout/buyout per share.
