I was just thinking... and that is pretty dangerous lol


There's a lot of talk about this being in liquidation and all the assets were being sold off... and we are not getting anything based on that premise etc etc etc....

Too funny.

Well... Who the hell bought those assets? If not mistaken, only one bidder won; and who would that be? Was it all auctioned off?

Think about it... if LCY Bio aka newco was the only company and they are also doing a R/M into BioAmber, then who cares if we get nothing from the asset sale because when it is completed, BioAmber becomes LCY Bio and merged into one. We will not get anything from the asset sale because the new company will own it. However, if we are part of the new company, what does that mean?

Think about it... be dangerous
