Even to list publicly as an OTC company they will still save themselves several millions of Dollars by reversing their assets into the BIOAQ shell and NOT having to pay listing fees. Why do you think OTC shell companies have suddenly become so valuable over the last 12-15 months? It's because companies reversing into the shells can save themselves a small fortune not having to pay for a new listing.
Why don't folks understand that very simple part of the equation here?
