60/40 Chanbond. I would be more tilted toward Chanbond, but the appeal is of a subjective decision. There was no issue with the claims, but they were kicked because of a judge "opinion" that anyone with a HS education could have invented the process those claims cover. This crap is all over IP infringement cases, judges voting opinions instead of fact. Some of the judge's at the CAFC are technically inept, so you win or lose depending on the ones you draw for a case.
