Courts and juries are always setting new precedents. You just never know...

Plus, you have to account for inflation. When the 13, Cisco and Arris first started infringing on these patents, I was paying about 50% less for my cable and internet.

Overall, I agree with your post. Just a note here though. We cannot really go by "largest in the history" definition...remember the largest lottery price in history was just moved up for tonight drawing! With the magnitude of the 13 companies years of infringement, our lawsuit COULD do the same when all is said and done...It could be the new record in history. Remember, I said...it COULD!

The biggest patent infringement lawsuit award in US history was under 3 Billion(correct me if im wrong). If we were to settle for $3B, divided by 1.6B shares, our PPS would be $1.87 a share.

Jz, I like your analysis of a possible pay out but didi you take in your estimate that we have 3 patents and infringement by 13 companies.
