I am as big a believer in the strength of our lawsuit as anyone on this board, but I think everyone should keep things in perspective. The biggest patent infringement lawsuit award in US history was under 3 Billion(correct me if im wrong). If we were to settle for $3B, divided by 1.6B shares, our PPS would be $1.87 a share. $6/share is just crazy talk. I think realistically we settle anywhere between $800M and $2B, which would equate to a range of .5/share to $1.25/share. I think our patents are worth more than that, but think about the last time you bought a used car. Did you pay what the car was worth, or the best negotiated price that both parties were willing to settle on? My 2 cents. Go UOIP!!!
