What's 53 million or so shares?

It's nothing--- in fact that spells what they're worth, now that I think about it. But I may hold the record for low value when it comes to USEI shares---I've got 1,200,000 free shares that are actually worth nothing at all! Not tradable, can't be given away----and no lawyer will even touch them---including USEI's own attorney!

Like you, though, I've gotta wonder what's inspiring the selloff? Do you think people are giving up on Tony's ever getting off his duff and actually doing something?
