According to the ROA, the settlement hasn't been entered yet,

I, too, have been wondering why the settlement/s hasn't been entered. Settlements are "normally" entered into a Case Log pretty quickly after the agreement.

Very Odd that nothing has been entered...

Thus... why I believe there is something more going on with Yazie and Sanzeri.

AND, as you bring up...maybe Yazbeck has to pay DeWald's attorney fees. That isn't out of the question...
