I think it was a great deal that Yazie made with Sanzeri in the lawsuit... ahahahaha... $5k... what that shows me is that Yazie and Sanzeri were working together in that deal to try to snare Dewald. DIDN"T WORK.. oops....
...so maybe Sanzeri said, "give me more stock to sell, and I will agree to the $5k Judgment"



That's an interesting take. According to the ROA, the settlement hasn't been entered yet, despite being declared on the MYDX 10-Q filing. Wonder if there are some additional details Yazbeck doesn't want public yet (such as possibly needing to pay Dewald's attorney fees).
