Bertolinino’s cash compensation for 2018 is $616,000! How much more compensation does an officer of an otc penny stock need?!? They are doing toxic raises to pay these bloated, pig salaries.

His all in compensation for 2018 is $1,766,954???!!!

This is shameful stuff.

That was the issue I was examining. If Dr B returned shares that were valued at higher amounts than they should have been (based on the fact that the share price at the time of their return was less than the credited share price) it would have resulted in larger credits than he was entitled to.

You know that "in lieu of" means instead of, right? Those shares were used to pay the taxes on compensation paid in the form of shares issued in addition to his base salary and not in lieu of anything.
