Here's what I don't get.

Dr. B wasn't exactly able "to get 40 cents for shares" but it seems that he was able to get a tax credit worth 40 cents a share for shares that he returned to the Company for that purpose on 10/12 (per the filing).
He did the same thing previously, seemingly getting credit for 70 cents per share returned.
In both cases those were the exercise prices for options that were issued along with shares issued as bonus compensation.

What I don't get is why those share prices were used and whether they would be used no matter when the shares were returned, as the Form 4s suggest.
Perhaps those were the values assigned to the shares themselves when they were issued and the prices for those returned were the prices used when they were issued. Still not clear to me why that would be....the market prices were obviously much lower when the shares vested and lower still at the transaction dates on the Form 4s.

Anybody know?
