AZ, do you think the “boarding” of 65 billion in new MSR’s for the new company has anything to do with trusts either ABS or RMBS? I’ve contacted IR and asked if the 65 billion had anything to do with the WMI legacy assets and he said no, but by your reasoning if they are coming from the trusts he was telling the truth. Also, the bod said that 50 billion were to be boarded last quarter or early this quarter, given the delay in boarding and our court date tomorrow, I’m starting to think the two are related (boarding of 65 billion and court date). I’ve also contacted IR and asked if they still expect the 65 billion in boarding early this quarter and he said correct. Thx for all your help!!!
