After over 12,500 bankruptcy related documents filed, The Changing of Footnote # 1 on 10/11/2018’, ?, ... caused me great curiosity and required me to revisit and review the Plan 7 Confirmation Order, alongside of the rewriten A&M Engagement Letter just ahead of Plan 7’s Implementation ...

... it is my opinion that the Confirmation Orders referencing of ... Washington Mutual Capital Trust 2001’ ... is a process example ... using the first, WMI Capital Trust to reveal the process ... I am finding that there are more of these ... Washington Mutual Capital Trusts ... That were originally put into place, these trusts are All CMBS (Commercial Line’s) ... these are not’ residential, RMBS ABS-Certs

We’ need the WMI-LT’s ... “Proposed Order” ... to be approved by Judge Walrath ...
