I have just over 400 MB to get past November 19, 2018. Basically, I am where I saw myself when I was checking on COWI without going over my data usage. Next?

I've switched internet providers and have basically unlimited internet usage. The billing cycle comes to an end in 19 days...December 31, 2018. So, is COWI trading in the .0002/.0003 range by then? I don't know....Time will tell...
