When I saw myself selling a few shares of COWI to generate some cash, I was trying to conserve internet usage to get to the end of a billing cycle without going into more overage. The billing cycle ends on the 19th of the month, the end of next week, this month. COWI has to have a MIRACULOUS transformation next week for it to reach the .0002/.0003 range. Can't imagine what that could be except - MARIJUANA? Otherwise, there is news on November 8, 2018 and the end of the November billing cycle for a price increase?
