Large, I’ve followed the leads and they lead to Kosturos as well. Why else did they keep him around as an Advisery Board? I’ve also mentioned the 1031 Exchange many times prior to the event and that there’s no limit on the amount of Exchanges that can Occur. Also WMI’s 1031 Exchange Actions were a thing of theory because rarely can you find someone or some entity that will Exchange the property or Assets for even Value Exchange, Recognizing the Value but Not Realizing Value.
