I’ve also mentioned the 1031 Exchange many times prior to the event and that there’s no limit on the amount of Exchanges that can Occur. Also WMI’s 1031 Exchange Actions were a thing of theory because rarely can you find someone or some entity that will Exchange the property or Assets for even Value Exchange, Recognizing the Value but Not Realizing Value.
