Voting website that I received is www.investorvote.com but you need to have a control number to login. You should contact investor relations and hound them until you have an answer and post back here with your findings.
Personally I am a Canadian resident with GENE shares and am unsure if this makes any difference as to how voting works internationally, it shouldn't but not %100 certain.
One would think we shareholders would have all received the same information package. Assuming your address is current with your broker that you purchased your shares through, you may want to contact them to obtain information on control number or additional information.
Voting deadline is Oct 16 2018 by 10am Pacific time.
