Contacted invictus investor relastions, they stated they know nothing about the voting requirements for poda as they are not looking after poda they are interested in more info I am sending them the post you sent me as they requested it. I stated investors are getting concerned no info and voting date getting close, he stated he will get basck to me today as the only info at present they have is it would be a even number of invictus / gene and 1 poda share as we already know but knew nothing of the vote. will post his responce after his reply today, would ask that anyone having questions to wait one more day before contacting them in concern about shares and voting. They seem to be very active in preventing bad or undeserved publicity, especially this close to the 17th. So lets wait to end of day when I am to receive as reply. Tomorrow is still another day, and they may provide the ans, we need today, give them a chance.
