Detective, if you would be so kind, What’s the date that the “stop sign” Would reappear on the OTC markets website? I don’t expect any new filings to keep this current so I’m just trying to get a idea of when the stop sign gets applied again ...That would really put a halt to some things here...

Thank for for your summary and thoughts. However, given the situation I do not see the evidence that Moran owns either the Kush Cake product or TM. According to the USPTO the TM is owned by High Margins Inc. He claims to be CEO in the USPTO info; however, without seeing the actual AOI/AOO for High Margins how does anyone know for sure? For that matter, since the firm is not registered in MS how do we know High Margins Inc is registered in any state, is in good standing and who’s the President of the company? Hopefully you understand
