Trademark Application shows Moran ownership. No MS entry

Can you please provide evidence of this claim and the state the LLC is registered?:

“DEWM doesn't own the Kush Cakes brand. Moran does, through his High Margins, LLC company, which isn't officially registered in the State of Mississippi.”

The claim is very specific, and I believe that it's supported by evidence:

The trademark documents on file with the United States Patent and Trademark Office show that the Kush Cakes mark is owned by High Margins Inc, located at 132 E. Northside Drive, Suite C, Clinton, MS, which is also Dewmar's address, and one that Moran sometimes uses to register his companies. According to the Mississippi Secretary of State's website, there is no business officially registered in MS that starts with "high margins":
