As soon as the door is open which it now is cbd is derived from cannabis... cannabis must be rescheduled. It’s the way the legal system works. I’ll bet you a dollar that I’m right. Deal?

It's a bunch of crap. Schedule 5 for one company and Schedule 1 for the rest. I am sure that all the Pharmaceutical company's want CBD oil to be a drug instead of a nutritional supplement which it should be in my opinion.
This way the FDA can control it and require a lot of clinical trials for efficacy which will drive the cost up. This all comes down to politics and special interest groups.
