Cannabis will eventually be taken of Schedule 1 in the USA.
It is medically legal in 28 states and recreationally legal in 8/9 more states. This gap between Federal and State Laws cannot go on forever.
Plus, the Canadian/USA Border is 5,525 miles long and Canada is going to be producing and selling tons of weed over the counter.
That said, Canadian weed is going to FLOOD the American Market very very soon.
A couple of people just got sentenced for bringing 60 pounds of Cannabis from Colorado to New England via Nebraska.
In Nebraska - they received PROBATION for smuggling 60 pounds of weed.
60 pounds of weed = PROBATION.
