Got it. That is certainly an unknown at this point. He did mention there were some financing issues when I spoke with him the first week of August. All I can say is that Richard's seemed really confident that everything would be buttoned up and filings would come out very shortly after audit was complete. Basically said filings were already teed up and ready to go. That being said, anything can happen and just going to have to wait till he files.
