I'm saying the audit doesn't matter if he can't get financing. The latter is the condition of success, not the former.

I'm saying getting financing in this market environment for a Chinese retail company is very difficult, if not impossible on reasonable terms. Why do you think it's taken so long and Richards has had virtually no communication in several months?

Looking for plausible, not "speculative" explanations...
