Not cheerleading or "speculating" as you seem to do...just admit, you're advocating buying a blank shell and, at this point, hoping against hope that a deal happens...

Hope isn't an investment strategy for most. If this deal were a slam dunk, given the Chinese counter party, I can assure you the stock would be trading a lot higher. The Chinese would be bidding this stock up to much higher levels.
