UOIP will not make any effort to reinstate its corporate status. Carter does not need UOIP besides he let his Corporation lose its status. The only Corporation that’s viable is ChanBond, LLC which is the lead on all the lawsuits. He has SCAMMED us stockholders as pretty as I have seen in my years of investing. I am sure he has a private deal with ChanBond. You can DREAM of all the ways UOIP will comeback but it will not so now Carter only has to share settlement proceeds with just ChanBond and not all of us stockholders. UOIP is a TRADING HISTORY!!!!
