I think UOIP is going the wrong way in favour for the investor. Why all the speculation? Something is wrong somewhere...

There are regulations the company has to abide by and so far UOIP is making future decisions behind closed doors.

Watch out! Your shares could be TOXIC,

Personally, this is a good thing. Sometimes liability has its advantage - avoid paying taxes.
