I really respect your 35 years of experience and totally agree with them in general but all of this list is "Not Applicable" to nFusz. Investors do the DD, then put in their money and wait for the right/ripe time to sell. We are still a few quarters away from that time as a 2018 investor and need to give it longer than a usual OTC stock.

I follow Mark Cuban and Warren Buffet kind of investment strategy so my hold time for a stock is generally more than 1-2 years and that's why I'm not worried here. We are so much better today as a Company than what we were in Q1'2018 with so much action going on. My fellow LONG friends here keep posting all that useful info for investors.

"But we only lose if we sell"
Not totally true
You lose if the company goes bankrupt.
You lose evenh more if you finally do decide to sell and the pps is in the subpennies.
You lose becuase "time is money" and if you sit in a stock for years hoping it will go back up, you lose out on other investment opportunities.
Just look at current market..all time high while FUSZ sits on the bottom even though you can say it is up for the year. But it depends on when you bought in.
Believe me, I have done all the above, many a times over the last 35 years.

Did you lose when you didn't hold Adobe?
