LOLOL. That is a grossly misinformed statement. Courts do it all the time when a debtor defaults on an agreed upon payment arrangment. IFUS' assets were all collateral in case Walther/IFUS defaulted on the agreed upon payments. Which is exactly what happened.
We all knew it would. Walther stiffs everyone; family, friends, vendors, investors, lenders, employees, employers, his own attorneys & shareholders. He is an equal opportunity thief.
