Nonsense, courts do not do that. They issue a judgement, which allows one who gets the judgement, in the state the judgement was issued, to look for assets that can be legally and physically seized and sold.

As has been claimed here already there were no physical IFUS assets with free and clear titles to seize found in Florida, or it would have been reported here I am sure.

One can not use such a judgement to seize assets that are not owned free and clear by the entity the judgement was made against. Property law does not work that way. If one has a car, and car loan, a third party can seize it, when the Bank owns the title held against a loan.

One of IFUS's greatest assets is her CEO, Mark Walther. But I doubt that judgement works for seizing CEOs?

Same goes for IFUS shareholders, they are also IFUS assets, great assets as we have seen for 9 years now. Courts have no authority to allow a collection action to seize shareholders and take ownership of them. That is illegal in the USA. But Energy Supreme is welcome to go to court and try to seize the IFUS CEO claiming he is an IFUS asset? I am sure they can find some Dowe Cheatem Anhow law firms to take more of his money? What's another $750,000 wasted?

BTW the IFUS market cap appraised value average for the last 5 years is .0060, or $1,800,000.00 a bit more that $15,000 LOLOL.
