All we know is that the current O/S is around 11,974,731.

As of August 8, 2018, the issuer had 598,736,592

And Elituv has majority control of the O/S since the R/S wasn't put to a vote. I think I recall seeing 53% in the 8-K as the number of shares that voted it in.
