All we know is that the current O/S is around 11,974,731.
I think I recall seeing 53% in the 8-K as the number of shares that voted it in.

So Elituv probably owns at least 6,346,607 (53%)
which only leaves 5,628,124 (47%) as the tradeable float.

Some folks would love to own such stocks like this!
