So far research shows someone is trying to force the company into bankruptcy because debt is owed. The company has come out and stated the financials were not accurate and need to be restated. Does anyone know exactly how much the company is worth now or even if its still operating? Could of years of misstatements lead to sanctions from sec and other investor lawsuits?
