Simply put, nope. That’s why these “Good Guys” took over. They represent
at least 20% of the Company. Do you honestly believe that this Group would
come in, take over (with -0- resistance probably because the previous BOD’s
were so busted) spend their own money (could be in the 100’s of Thousands now)
on court documentation, court costs, accountants, lawyers, legal fees, etc., etc., etc.,
if it were to just make a Company whole again???

They are rescueing a “Really Good Company” from some “Really Bad People”.
