Look at the website names ECFL eCarFly/CompleteAuto/eAutoDrop.

This is proof enough with their name change information already updated prior to merger. They are doing business as
one. eBay listing are going well as I see many bidders and listings. Some recently ended and new autos listing.
The other websites we are unable to view any bidding but can view autos listed. Each company has it's own function within the new merger company.

I just called ecarfly's contact# and it is temporarily out of service... went on to call complete auto's# and could only get an operator. She did not have any answers concerning ecarfly except that when I asked about the merger she said it was still pending. She did not know when there would be a pr.

I kind of got the feeling that she was told to tell anyone/everyone that called about the merger to say it was still pending. She sounded coached.
