They could still be waiting on state paperwork etc. and they should probably just have not released the PRs they did, when they di.d. Hopefully this is a Live and Learn Lesson for Desi and hopefully he has already either learned enough lessons or hired a competent experienced advisor to take the co through the next phases of development and growth.

It is common with pinks to just let things go by the wayside if they are not happening. I have been in many pinks where PRd deals fell through and nobody found out about the failures until much later,\. They often try to distract you with something else, or a bunch of other PRs, or sometimes they just go silent and the company is usually the last 'person' to let you know about their failures. I am not saying it has fallen through, just relating some of my past my experiences.

Also it does look like sp has been heading down, slowly and steadily all week. :( Sitting at .155 again now, I almost got more at .018 the other day but there wasn't enough volume for me. I am of the mind that a fast hard drop will be the only sure path to the next bounce. Prove me wrong with time and money - that is OK by me! :)
