I have never seen an E attached either. Sometimes you see a D but that has to do with RS. So I think you are correct it should remain just PNTV

Here is what Fidelity tells you when the Stop Sign is in place. It’s was a test buy for $MCIG just 2 mins ago. MCIG is late to. If other broker have the same policy as Fidelity that means no new investors.
