The problem here is that news are viewed by many here as good or bad, when in reality everything communicated by the company are simply facts that should be available to the investors to determine if the investment if worth any amount of money.

Creating unrealistic what if scenarios that are constantly pushed here on this board is what people grow tired of rather than discussing facts.

Bottom line is that repeat sales, even seasonal appears in question...not good, if so. But, it’s still early. Product needs time to get rooted. I think he’s trying to grow, to expand, too fast. Stick to NYC market until repeats sales proves itself, then expand regionally, then country/chain wide, the global. He doesn’t have the resources yet to grow.
