Jay, MaxD is diluting. There is no getting around that. The value of a share decreases when the number of shares increases. The number of shares is increasing nearly exponentially with over 6 billion issued in the last 6 months, to pay off some debt and millions and millions of dollars of debt are remaining.

The average shareholder can't naked short stock. There is no example where you can have 3 or 4 times the actual number of shares that exist (or for that matter any number of share any amount that is more than the number of issued and outstanding shares), this is the definition of Naked Shorting - which is counterfeiting, theft and flat-out illegal!!!!
