Get it out of your system Daytime. But for the record, I disagree with most of your comments and am basing my investment not on current sales, but future growth and plans for that future growth. BIEL management is not the problem. They are executing a long-term strategy and will continue to work on seeing it through.

It's clearly obvious the sales numbers don't reflect that strategy yet. If you're basing success of BIEL on current sales---then you'll be pissed. But I believe sales will follow the execution of this strategy and will look nothing like they do of late. We're just beginning to see what this whole picture is going to look like. And from my vantage, I like the future for this company. That's why I continue to be invested.

Andy doesn't have an aversion for debt. Andy loves debt -- when the lender is also named Whelan. And he just borrowed the money for Q2 operations from three lenders who are charging him 8% interest.

Andy just doesn't seem to care whether they sell any product or not. He is happy as a pig with the status quo, especially if ha manages to escape justice from the SEC.

Let's remember what happens to the patents if the company folds up the tent -- the Whelan daughter gets them as collateral on the defaulted loan.

I think you have stated the 'excuse' in your statement. So don't take me seriously and I am sorry if you believe it to be a lame excuse, but it is reality. The so called 'excuse' is that we do not have USA FDA FULL CLEARANCE. That is what this company and many investors have waited years to hear. We invested totally for the time this company can sell its products in the most innovative, capitalistic country in the WORLD: USA. The company itself NEVER thought they would have to go overseas or in any other country to market their products PRIOR to getting clearance in its own country. That was a big blow to their forecasting strategy of marketing products. They have not and will not expedite marketing plans they have 'in place' UNTIL they get that FULL CLEARANCE. AND from some who have business background, they will tell you, THAT is the correct approach. Knowing they WILL get FULL CLEARANCE, it would be foolish to spend serious money they do not have as of now and not wait for FULL CLEARANCE for cost effective advertising of ALL CLEARED products. Some vocal here may disagree, but THAT IS the prudent way to go. Not IMO, but FACT! That (USA marketing) was always their intent. It is/was NOT THEIR FAULT that the FDA dragged its feet, was ignorant to this science (no excuse from medical minds) or was and is purposely delaying the final clearance for their Big Pharma brothers (theory). Anyone who has been 'here' long enough has seen all the of that and MORE! It has been a monumental struggle for this company.

BUT with what we are seeing now with distributor names, the USA marketing strategy seems to be forming and ready to GO when we get that ALL IMPORTANT FULL CLEARANCE. If, after a couple quarters from that time we are still seeing a decline in, or stagnant sales, then I will be with you on 'excuses' and blasting this management also! Honestly, don't think I will be doing that unless this is company, its products and patents are 'under sold'. Because IMO that (a sale) is what I see as the conclusion to all this. And I intend to be here and NOT caught on the sidelines 'trading', when THAT occurs.
