The defendants are on Trial not CEO & why would the defendants motion a demurrer if they believed they were innocent? They basically stood in front of the Judge, told the honorable Judge that even though we(+25 members of collusion scheme) are guilty, we don’t think that the evidence against us is substantial to sustain trial.

Well, news flash defendants 25 member collusion scheme:

The Judge disagrees. The Judge OVERRULED the defendants demurrer which basically means that yes, there is substantial evidence for MYDX to present THE JURY to reach the defendants GUILTY VERDICT.
