Yazbeck Facing Federal Prison for Securities Fraud..

When the judge and jury hear the details of Yazbeck's fraud he will then face criminal charges and be imprisoned for SEC violations, wire fraud, embezzlement, securities fraud, larceny and whatever else the judge and jury find him guilty of.

It will be sweet justice for all the investors he has hustled out of their hard earned money so Yazbeck could keep enriching himself with fake "China Deals" and bogus "R&D" expenses.
