Never said there was acquisition. I said that if they got a significant amount of cash on hand they would look to pursue an acquisition before buying shares back.

I have nothing against you personally. But I advice you to invest somewhere else. Management is honest and transparant, they’re not trying to manipulate anyone with fluff and lies. If you have became frustrated with your holding, just sell. Or you could do some research and compare the financials of other companies with ABCE. It’s all in the 10Q for everyone to see, ABCE is making progress, it doesn’t belong at this price range. Business takes time. Patience is a virtue.
