Yes, I read the ABCE 'acquisition' comment and was able to use my elementary school education at that time. Here it is again:

When I spoke to them about plans for cash on hand as profits continued to grow, their reply was that they would be seeking acquisitions first and that the share structure wasnt a concern when I brought up the possibility of share buy backs.

Never said there was acquisition. I said that if they got a significant amount of cash on hand they would look to pursue an acquisition before buying shares back.

Reading, it's kind of important. Stay in school kids.
