I'm just one of many victims of opinion as you put it:

I hold one million, two hundred thousand shares of USEI stock Tony gave me. They are worthless as they have not been registered with the SEC. To be traded, shares must first be registered.

Don't you think Tony set this up to look good? Doesn't this amount to proof of a scam?
