This has been confirmed. Since the original 'PR campaign' back in December-March there have been almost 2 billion shares added to the OS, after CEO said they would not do exactly that.
Maybe its just a coincidence that they drummed up volume with a bunch of forward-looking, false, PRs and sold off 2 billion shares at the same time???
