I wanted to ask if you or anyone else who posts here knows how TE*LL got their Nasdaq listing? Did they get a brand new clean listing or reverse merge into a shell?
If they reverse merged into a shell was it an already listed Nasdaq shell or maybe a clean fully reporting OTC shell perhaps?
Grateful for any advice you or anyone else here can give me.
