It was a RM into a stock already listed on the Big boards.

From what I understand, TE*LL reversed merged into a company that wasn’t a shell.

It had a market cap of around $35-50M or so and was an operational company in an entirely different sector.

I do not recall which exchange it was on initially.
Probably AMEX or NASDAQ, although it might have been an upper tier of the BB.
